Q. What if my gate transponder is not working?

Q. What can I do if my irrigation will not turn off?

First, check your irrigation controller which is either located in your garage or in villas on side of home. You can turn this controller to off, if the system does not stop, locate the in ground valve box in your back yard. Once you lift the lid you will see a lever to turn which should shut off all irrigation water. Once off you may need to clean the valve as silt and debris will from time to time get in and prevent it from sealing properly.

Q. When is our trash collection?

Wednesday and Saturday: you must have the black bin for trash and blue bin for recyclables, everything must fit inside the bins.

Wednesday is pickup for trash and recyclables as well as yard waste. Yard waste must be in the brown paper yard waste bags or in a separate receptacle (I use an old trash can labeled for YARD waste)

Saturday is pickup for trash only.

Holidays: if a holiday falls on either a Wednesday or Saturday, our next pick up will be our next regularly scheduled day. (If holiday on Wednesday, trash will be picked up Saturday, but you will hold recyclables and yard waste until the following Wednesday)
